Whatever your schedule looks like your customized workout regime and diet plan will include all the following:
- Customized workout plans for days you don’t meet with your personal trainer

When it comes to weight loss in Philadelphia, there are numerous options to pursue. At Philly Personal Training, we offer a variety of weight loss and healthy living options such as:
- In Home Personal Training - These sessions are in a private setting that include a workout with free weights, medicine balls, machines, and a variety of other exercise equipment. 30 & 60 minutes sessions are available!
- Private Studio Sessions - These sessions take place in the privacy of your home or apartment or condominium exercise room. These sessions are only available as 60 minute sessions.
- Custom Meal Plans - Diet is half the battle and Brian will create a meal plan based on your current weight, physical activity, and goals.
- Small Group Training – These sessions let you and a few friends workout with a personal trainer that will do routines based on everyone’s goals.
These sessions range from $25-$50 per hour depending on the amount of people.
